Hospital Pharmacy Excellence in Research Award

Description

This award provides recognition to pharmacy professionals for outstanding presentation of research in the form of a poster and poster abstract.

Submissions of Nominations
Procedure

The application of an abstract for this award shall be submitted no later than the deadline determined annually by the Awards Chair. All abstracts shall adhere to the criteria specified in the call for abstracts (e.g., word count, etc.) and be submitted to the Awards Committee in writing. Submissions may be made electronically to the Awards Committee Chair. The author must indicate at the time of submission if they are eligible for and intend for the poster to be assessed for the Small Hospital Advancement Award. The Awards Chair will notify the applicant of the acceptance status of the abstract at  least one month before the CSHP-SK Branch AGM and Educational Sessions so that they can make arrangements for their poster presentation.

Selection of Candidates

At least one author will be a member of the CSHP-SK Branch. Residency project posters may be included in the poster presentation session at the CSHP-SK Branch AGM and Educational Sessions, but will not be eligible for the awards. Posters will be assessed by a panel of judges based on merit, methods, and poster presentation.
