This award was presented annually to three practicing hospital pharmacists and members of Saskatchewan Branch CSHP in recognition of outstanding achievement in pharmaceutical care. Hospital pharmacy residents and members with advanced degrees (M.Sc, Pharm.D., Ph.D.) were not be eligible for this award. The award was presented based on the description of a pharmaceutical care interaction that displayed the promotion of positive patient outcomes. |
