Education/Conference Leave: 1 conference (CSHP or other as determined by program)Program Highlights: The pharmacy residency program will be based on the application of current knowledge and the search of new knowledge in actual patient care by providing evidence-based, patient-centered pharmaceutical care to hospitalized patients. The program will be designed to provide the resident with professional, clinical and administration experience and training through exposure to a broad range of activities in various areas of hospital pharmacy. Following the required rotations, the resident will choose elective rotations based on interest. Our pharmacists are a diverse group represented by B.Sc or Pharm D. graduates and/or residency-trained pharmacists who practice as Clinical Pharmacists and as Clinical Pharmacy Specialists (ICU, Infectious Disease, Internal Medicine, HIV and nephrology).
Minimum Required Credentials: BScPhm, registered as a pharmacy intern or Part A pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.

Windsor Regional Hospital is a two site campus comprised of the Ouellette site and Metropolitan site. Ouellette site is a 305 bed acute care community setting. Medical services include: general medicine and surgery, cardiology, internal medicine (medical student teaching unit), neurology, nephrology, critical care and mental health.
Metropolitan campus operates 290 beds. Medical services include: family birthing centre, pediatrics (medical student teaching unit), oncology, critical care, surgery, and medicine
