Preceptorship Awards

This award will be given to an outstanding residency preceptor from Saskatoon and an outstanding residency preceptor from Regina. Each preceptor will receive an appropriately engraved individual plaque. Preceptors must wait at least 2 years before being eligible to win the award again. The award will be presented to the recipients at the CSHP-SK Branch AGM and Educational Sessions. The recipients will receive a plaque commemorating their achievements. |

| Procedure |
Pharmacy residents from Saskatoon and Regina will be asked each year to agree upon a winning preceptor associated with their respective residency programs. The CSHP-SK Branch Awards Chair will seek a nomination from current residents by email. |
