Vivian Lee, B.Sc.Phm., RPh

Vivian is currently an emergency medicine pharmacist and pharmacist lead for the non-hazardous sterile compounding program at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC). She graduated from University of Waterloo's Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.Sc.Phm.) Co-operative Program and developed her pharmacy career in the areas of inpatient nephrology, general medicine and geriatric psychiatry. Currently Vivian is pursuing professional development interests in pharmacy leadership and knowledge translation in health care.

Vivian brings to Ontario Branch's executive team more than 6 years of leadership and professional advocacy experience as a former Chapter Chair. In 2016, she founded a chapter journal club that had successfully expanded to a provincial CSHP initiative. Today the CSHP OB journal club continues to attract and welcome hospital and primary care pharmacist participants across Ontario in discussions on making effective drug therapy decisions for patients.

Working with Meghan as co-Delegates to Ontario Branch, Vivian serves as a primary communication conduit between the Branch and national CSHP initiatives. She currently also co-chairs CSHP's Education & Development Committee to recommend strategies and programming that will advance hospital pharmacy education systems and outcomes in Canada.
