The CSHP OB Ontario Hospital Pharmacy Management Seminar (OHPMS) is an annual educational event targeted to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in current or emerging leadership roles. The conference focus is leadership development and mentorship, student engagement, evolving pharmacy practice, technology and innovative showcases.

Pharmacy Directors, Pharmacy Managers, and Pharmacy Technicians in Management roles gather each Fall to participate in our educational programming and relationship-driven networking. Come network with your peers September 27 & 28, 2026 at the Nottawasaga Resort & Conference Centre in Alliston, ON.

  • Registration is limited to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in current or emerging leadership roles.
  • Registration fees cover the conference fee for programming, meals, and breaks from September 27 to 28.

    Carmine Stumpo joined Mackenzie Health in April 2026 with nearly 30 years of health care experience as a clinician and senior leader across a wide range of clinical and support services. As President and Chief Executive Officer at Mackenzie Health, he is focused on advancing high-quality, patient-centred care and strengthening integration across the health system in partnership with physicians, staff and community partners.


    Finance Course
    The Ivey Finance for Hospital Pharmacy Leaders Program will be offered in conjunction with the 2026 OHPMS Conference.
    This course is designed to support hospital pharmacy leaders in strengthening their financial literacy, understanding key finance concepts, and applying financial information to planning, decision-making, and leadership within hospital pharmacy practice. Participants will build practical skills in reading financial information, understanding costs, supporting business cases, and applying finance concepts to real-world hospital pharmacy leadership decisions. ***Limited to 30 participants.***
