On behalf of the CSHP Ontario Branch Education Committee, we are excited to invite you to the 78th Annual Educational Conference—a full-day, in-person event bringing together pharmacy professionals from across Ontario in hospital, primary care, academia, and leadership. The conference agenda has been carefully curated to reflect the most current, relevant, and forward-thinking topics in pharmacy practice, including clinical innovation, health technology, leadership development, and interprofessional collaboration.

CSHP Ontario Branch Awards

The day will also include a dedicated Awards Luncheon celebrating innovation, research, and leadership within the profession. These awards honour excellence in hospital pharmacy across a range of categories, made possible by the support of our generous sponsors.

All registration fees include access to all sessions, networking breaks, and the Awards Luncheon.

Fresenius Kabi Travel Grant Reimbursement

• Ontario Branch CSHP is pleased to offer partial reimbursement to all current Ontario Branch CSHP members, for travel expenses and/or registration fees incurred to attend the Ontario Branch Annual Conference.
• There will be a maximum reimbursement of $250 provided to members who complete the Fresenius Kabi Travel Fund Expense Claim Form and return it with receipts the registration desk on site. Please note this is available on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis until the fund is depleted. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN ONE MONTH OF THE EVENT.
