Est. stipend: $30,700 (approx.) plus weekends worked as pharmacist

Education/Conference Leave: Participation in residents' clinical conference and additional external conference

Program highlights: This clinically oriented program is designed to expose the resident to a broad range of activities. Case presentations, projects, rounds, seminars, journal clubs and relevant work experiences, including taking responsibility for patient care under supervision, provide the basis for the education and training components of the program. Following the required rotations, the resident chooses elective rotations in areas of particular interest.

Minimum required credentials: Graduate from a pharmacy education program accredited by the Canadian Council for the Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs (CCAPP). Hold a current license to practice pharmacy in Ontario or be eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in Ontario, demonstrated interest in pediatrics, and previous hospital work experience is an asset.
